Vantage Premium Second Level Menu From Vertical To Horizontal

Hello!
thanks for your great theme; learning everyday to do something new with it : )

Anyway according to thread title, I would like to have second menu titles (when more than one) in horizontal instead of vertical as they are usually in your Vantage theme (1 st subtitle under the menu, 2 nd subtitle under the 1 st subtitle, and so one…). At the moment I think your second level background are is something like 200 px.

The thing is that I am using a plugin: “Menu Icons”, which I found from some thread overhere in your supportpages. With that plugin I want to “spice up” submenu titles with an item/ image next to titles of that second menu.

I have only test site, so I do not have any link. But what I want my second level to display goes something like this:

Text goes here Text 2 goes here

Hope you get the point?

Is there a custom css to adjust second menu titles to be displayed next to eachother instead of beneath eachother? Help, please..

    Hi Petteri

    Thanks for reaching out.

We do our best to help out with small CSS customizations. I’ve had a look at this one before. It’s, unfortunately, a little more than we can offer on the forums. If you’d like to get a developer to help out with this we highly recommend the team at https://codeable.io/.

    Hello!
    thanks for your reply.

Do you know is it a custom css what they will deliver to be added to my child theme, or do they make entire new childtheme for these kind of things?

And any idea would it be 1 hour job, 8 hour job, or something else?

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks for your understanding. Really wish I could bash this out for you. Just ran into little niggles last time I had a look. I’d imagine it would be less than an hours work. It should be possible to do this using Custom CSS only.

Whenever using any developer it’s worth asking what if any, files they’ve changed. As you know, if theme files are modified then a child theme should be deployed. It’s worth following up on that.

    Hi Andrew,
and thanks for your reply. It does not sound a huge project, especially with custom css; so I think I am going to ask for their offer : )

    Hi, I Work Here

Thanks again for your understanding. There might be a min-project price on codeable but it’s worth just getting a quote request. If there is a minimum project price and this comes in at under that you might think of something else you’d like customised.
