Vantage Premium – Page Builder – SiteOrigin Widget – SiteOrigin Button

Hi Everyone,

Can I use the SiteOrigin Button Widget for internal page links?
If so, How?
It would enhance the visual appeal of my page.

Thank You David

    Hi David

    Thanks for reaching out.

Yes, you can. If you mean linking to anchors on the same page then you might find the following guide helpful:

    Hi Andrew,
Thank you for your prompt reply.
I have already used ‘anchors’ extensively.
The SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle ‘Button” Widget gives a nice visual experience. Jumping pages is no problem as there is an URL involved. And the ‘Buttons’ look great. However, SiteOrigin Buttons require an URL
Jumping within a page, does not use an URL. Well not that I know of.

I am looking for a visually nicer way to use intra-page ‘anchors’.

    Hi, I Work Here

You should be able to by inserting a hash in front of the anchor ID. For example, if your button took a user to the footer you might enter as the URL:

    #colophon

Let me know how it goes.
