Starting this morning, one of the pages on my site will not load. The header and footer will, but not the content. Additionally, If I go in and delete some rows from page builder the page will again appear, but this seems to happen randomly. If i delete the same rows a second time, the page may or may not display. This is the ONLY page on my site that has this issue, even when using page builder on multiple other instances.

Hi James
This looks like a plugin issue.
Please Disable all non SiteOrigin Plugins and test again. If the page shows correctly then re-enable the other plugins one at a time, testing each time until the issue reoccurs. This will help us to narrow down the cause.
Let us know how you get on
Magus
Deactivated plugins, still not working. All other pages load fine.
Hi James
Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:
[email protected]
Just navigate to Users > Add New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the “Send Password” field so we receive the details.
Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.
Done and done Greg. Feel free to email me.
This is a private message.
Have you attempted to login yet?
Hi James
Greg will hopefully able to check this out a little later. I’ve logged in and can’t see anything obvious. Is there any chance this could be memory related? You could try upping your PHP memory allocation to 256 and see if that helps.

Thanks so much!
It’s a proper guess though so let us know what happens. If it doesn’t help I’ll ask Greg to jump back in later on and hopefully come up with a solution :)
It seems to be a limitation where having a large amount of SiteOrigin Buttons on the page causes the page to not load. Not sure why or how this happens, but it did. Problem seemed to fix itself.
Hi James
Thanks for the update. Glad to hear it’s resolved for now. Let us know if it pops up again.
All the best :)
