Vantage Premium, Page Builder Broken

Just updated to all available updates as of 8-6-2014. I am running Vantage Premium in a child theme with Page Builder and the “Home Page” option turned on. Shortly after updating all plugins and WordPress my website completely crashed, i.e, displaying a blank white page. I systematically disabled all plugins and one by one turned them on all back on. My website broke on the page Builder Plugin. I see in other posts that I should just enable the SiteOrigins plugins and test again. This did not resolve the issue, below is how this went:

The only clue is an error message encountered when enabling only SiteOrigins plugins with the Author: Greg Priday:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class SiteOrigin_Panels_Widgets_PostLoop in /”omitted for security reasons”/goodwintek.com/wp-content/plugins/siteorigin-panels/widgets/basic.php on line 478

The plugins that were attempted to be activated were: Button Widget, Price Table Widget and Page Builder.

Button Widget and Price Table were activated successfully but not Page Builder. Page Builder seems to activate the second time around but is not displaying the home page nor the structure and content of any pages that Page Builder was used on.

I will be happy to assist any additional information as requested, for this issue has torn my website up.

I forgot to mention the versions of what is currently running:

    WordPress: 3.9.2
    Price Table Widget: 1.1
    Page Builder: 1.4
    Button Widget: 1.1

I was going about this all wrong. I don’t know if was the remnants of the caching plugin that I previously disabled or my browsers cache but I noticed my troubleshooting results were all over the place and erratic.
Made me scratch my head a bit and come to the realization that my troubleshooting was probably wasted by a bad cache.
Back to the drawing board, This time, enabled that caching plugin “super_cache” just so I could delete the wordpress cache as I went along.
Began testing the website in Google Chrome incognito mode.
Enabled SiteOrigin plugins first, so far so good. Then one by one I enabled each plugin. Well, the plugin “ivycat ajax testimonials” or something like that was breaking the site.
I hope this might help another in need.
