Vantage Premium Mobile Menu

I’m using vantage premium, and on some mobile devices the mobile menu looks great. It also looks great in most online emulators, like http://mobiletest.me . But on older android phones (example: android 2.2.1) , my android tablet (android 4.1.1), and my laptop (windows 7, 15 in screen), the mobile menu doesn’t appear. Instead, all the menus and submenus show as a list of links at the top of the page, taking up the entire area above the fold, with the content below that.
Responsive menu is checked in Appearance/Theme Settings and I’ve experimented with changing the resolution in the mobile menu collapse settings, but it doesn’t make a difference.
Am I missing something? Do you have any advice on how to get the mobile menu to work on all mobile devices?
PS)Otherwise, I’m loving Vantage. Thanks!

    Hi Kl13

Sorry to hear about the hassle. Could you confirm the url at the bottom of your thread question is correct? I’ll take a look at your site and see if I can identify any problems. If you need to send your url privately you can email this thread on:

    Hi Andrew,
    Yes, it’s the correct URL, http://enchantedcrystals.com .
    Thanks for taking a look.

Thanks, something isn’t right there. Can you see that the stylesheet is missing on your side?
Are you running a caching plugin? If so, please try clearing it’s cache and then de-activate it.

I can see the stylesheet (style.css) in Appearance/Editor. I have WPRocket installed for performance; I’ve cleared the cache after each change I’ve made while testing. I’ve just gone in and disabled it.
    Thanks.

The minified version is still being rendered, here is one of the many CSS links in the head:

    <link rel="stylesheet" href="http://enchantedcrystals.com/shop1/wp-content/cache/min/1/ca9050267e100dd350c970a227a94383.css" data-minify="1">

Was WPRocket the only caching/performance optimisation being done?

I enabled and disabled WPRocket again, and you’re right! The mobile menu appears correctly in the android 2.21 phone. Thanks so much for the help!
Looks like I’ll have to drop WPRocket. Do you recommend a different caching program that might be more compatible with Vantage?

Glad to hear we made progress here. Perhaps give WP Fastest Cache a try:

I like it for it’s simplicity. Gets the job done.

Thanks again Andrew, for all your help!
I wanted to add here (For anyone else experiencing this problem): Once Andrew informed me that this issue was with WPRocket, it was relatively easy to track down the offending action within WPRocket and just disable that specific file. So it turned out that I was able to keep using the rest of WPR with Vantage, and my site is now looking just the way I want it.
Thanks for both a great responsive theme, and great customer service.

Ahh right, super, thanks for adding that feedback for other users. Glad to hear you found a way forward there.

    All the best.
