I ‘ve encountered a problem with the Vantage premium Theme and the Events Manager plugin.
Symptoms: The “Manage my bookings” Front-End page generated by Events Manager doesn’t display the user réservations.
Reproductibility:
The test was made with Vantage Premium theme (probably that the non-premium version will also have the same problem) no additional plugin (Except Event Manager). The Theme issue was confirmed by comparison with the Twenty-twelve theme…
– Activate Vantage Premium theme
– Create a new page entitled “Manage My Bookings”
– Install Events Manager plugin (EM)
– Set the EM plugin basic options:
*General Tab: set user capabilities part (i.e: check all options for the Administrator user (if test done with admin account) … or at least the “manage_bookings” option ) and save.
* Pages Tab: go bottom to the “Other Pages” section and select the “Manage My Bookings” page in the drop down menu corresponding to the “My bookings page” option.
– Create a new Event with reservation capabilities
– Visit the new event page and make a reservation
– Visit the “my bookings” page and notice that nothing appears
– Change your theme for the twenty-twelve , go back to the “my bookings” page and notice that your reservation details are well displayed.
Could you provide me with a tip/hack to fix this problem ?

We do unfortunately have this conflict logged on our side. The conflict is specifically between our Page Builder plugin and Events Manager. We’ve done a huge rebuild of Page Builder for it’s 2.0 release later this year. There is a chance this conflict might be resolved by the rebuild. For the moment all I can say, unfortunately, would be to re-test the conflict once Page Builder 2.0 comes out.

Thank you for your fast reply, however it is not a problem due to the page builder plugin since it was desinstalled for the test: as I mentioned the only one plugin which was activated was “Events Manager”. So, it seems that’s the “vantage premium theme” that should be modified to fix the reported problem here.
Could you provide me with a tip/hack or update to fix this problem with the vantage premium theme?

It is well the good page… so I’ve tested with vantage 1.2.3 Theme and I well got the same result as yours… so I decided to reinstall “vantage premium v2.2.3” from scratch, I kept my child theme and it’s working now !
Don’t know what happened but it’s a fixed issue for me!
