Vantage Premium doesn’t scroll on iPhone

I am helping a friend with his website, and adopted it after they had chosen Vantage Premium. The side looks fine on various full browsers, and also on my Blackberry (go figure) and Android tablet. However, he contacted me that he can hardly see anything on his iphone. I am using XCode simulators to simulate the iPhone, and indeed, the page does not scroll.
Other than that, on the devices that seem to work, the mobile features work nicely – the only “glitch” is that the header image does not resize. I think i can live with that or figure a way around it, but scrolling down the page necessary.

    Update: I just realized this was my own learning curve with using the iPhone device simulators. I have figured out how to simulate a scroll and the simulation appears to work fine. I will get more information from my friend. Thank you.
