Vantage Premium Circle Widget Center link title customization

Resolved 5 replies premiumthemetheme-vantage

I am working with vantage premium circle widgets and want to center the link title over the center of the circle (or close to center)

I was working with .widget_circleicon-widget .circle-icon-box a.link-title in custom css and I have gotten it close but had alignment issues so I thought I would just ask if there was a simple way.

Thank you for any help or idea’s.

    Hi Jchase

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

    Thanks.

This is a little beyond what we’re able to assist with. We try help out with small Custom CSS tweaks but have to move on once something turns into custom development. I took a look now. You’re on the right track. The problem is the width of the container and the perfect centering of the text vs the circle.

It can be a bit counter intuitive, but with plugins and themes you ideally need to look at what functionality is there by default and then design using that. It’s a the quickest/easiest way to use these assets. So for example, you could use our Features widget which is a newer version of the Circle Icon widget. It’s part of our Widgets Bundle:

Perhaps you didn’t use icons because you didn’t like the icons available. the Features widget offers several icon libraries. It also offers a much easier way to add a custom image.

We put lots of love into creating our themes and plugins. Ideally, my job is to help you use those products to their full potential vs helping with custom development. If I had a quick CSS fix to take you further than you’ve already gone, I’d certainly send it :)
