Hello, I’m trying to upgrade my vantage to the premium version. Once I click on “Upgrade to Premium” on Apeearance > About Vantage, it takes me here, then when I finalize the purchase it gives me this error: “You must be logged into an account to purchase”.
Considering that I was logged in in my wordpress to get here, what am I doing wrong?

Very sorry for the delay.
We recently changed how things work. To install Vantage Premium you’ll need to do a manual install. To do this you’ll need to obtain the latest version of Vantage Premium, which can be done by either filling out this form or contacting us via premium support (please refer to your Dashboard for more information).
Once you’ve got a copy of it, please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceThemes and change to a non-Vantage theme, then delete Vantage. Click Add NewUpload Theme and upload / activate Vantage Premium.
Then please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsPremium and input your order code.
Be sure to refer to the recently updated documentation as we also moved all of the settings to the customizer and added a lot of new settings.
