Vantage Premium 2015

I bought the Vantage Premium back in 2015 and for some reason I can’t activate that anymore. What am I suppose to do at this point? Do I have to buy another license?

I’ve tried installing it manually and it didn’t work. I also deleted the free Vantage theme and installed the Premium zip file that I bought back in 2015 and It got me to a blank page saying: “This site can’t be reached”

Please advise
