Vantage Menu Custom Links – Current Page Background Color Not Working

Hello!
thanks for your great support and great Vantage Premium theme.

I have a problem; I have set the current page background color to red with my site Menu where all the links are custom links pointing to a certain header tag on my one pager site.

When using ipad tablet it does color the current page (in this case link) color to red as it should, but with desktop it does not.

Any help appreciated : )

Thanks in advance,
– Petteri

    Hi Petteri

Apologies for the delay. We’ve moved our premium theme support to email. You can reach us on Private Snippet. For any future queries, please, reach out to us via email.

The current menu items colors used the WordPress menu system to tell the theme when a menu item is current. Unfortunately, this system doesn’t work for a one page website. WordPress doesn’t change the menu code when using anchor links so there isn’t any way for the theme to style the link. It is possible in theory, unfortunately, it isn’t something Vantage is capable of doing at the moment.
