    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi John

Do you have any idea which version of PHP your server is running? This could be found out by logging into your server via FTP OR File Manager (cPanel) etc. Go go to /wp-content/themes/ and delete the ‘vantage’ folder. That’ll give you admin access back. Then, go to Plugins, search for and install: Server IP and Memory Usage plugin and then check the footer in the WP admin, it’ll tell you PHP version.

    Hi, I Work Here

I’m going to prep a new release to roll everything back. I tested with 5.6.32 before pushing today, clearly not enough. 5.2.4 is the minimum compatible WP version so I need to load that up for testing. Even once I’ve rolled this all back and pushed 1.7.1 we’ll still need to manually delete the vantage folder in /wp-content/themes/ on your site. Are you able to do that or should I send specifics? Can be done via FTP or File Manager in cPanel or similar hosting platform.

Really sorry for the hassle. This release has been in the works since late last year. Really thought we had it all covered.

I’ve updated to 7.2.3 and it seems to have fixed the problem. Sorry for the inconvenience I never even considered checking the php version and my host never highlighted that as a potential issue either!

    Hi, I Work Here

Super, thanks for fixing and for your help. You’re within the min version so this is on us.

    https://wordpress.org/about/requirements/

I’m going to roll back as an update which will be 1.7.1. You don’t need to update to that and can update again at 1.7.2 or 1.7.3

Thanks for help and being relaxed about this.
