Vantage: in mobile, footer is obscuring a content block

Hi support! I am using Vantage and have got the homepage the way I want it on desktop, with two yellow boxes side-by-side. However, when I view the page in mobile, one of the yellow boxes is under the footer bar (http://prntscr.com/rluk00). Any ideas on how I can fix this? The site URL is https://ieeepress.wpengine.com/. Thanks for your help!

    Please, send an export of the layout and we’ll take a look. Edit the page, click the Layouts button in Page Builder then Import/ExportDownload Layout. Upload the JSON file to WeTransfer.com (no email required) or a cloud location of your choice and send us the link.

    Thanks for the layout. The last row has a declaration of height: 300px. Try changing that to min-height: 300px

    Or rather, remove the height: 300px declaration from the row level and then edit each widget in the row and change the height: 300px to min-height: 300px. There are three declarations, one row level, two widget level, remove the row level declaration and change the widget level declarations to min-height.
