The Vantage Circle Icons are great. We have developed some custom images that work well, and we do lots with colors.

Is there any way of adding highlight on rollover to the Circle Icons?

    You could try something like this:

    .widget_circleicon-widget .circle-icon-box.circle-icon-position-top .circle-icon:hover { 
	zoom: 1;
	filter: alpha(opacity=50);
	opacity: 0.5;
}
