Vantage Custom contact Form Message is blank

Hi,
I added a contact form to my site but when people fill it out, I receive the email but it only has their name and email and subject. The “message” they filled out turns out blank so I don’t see what they wrote.

Can you help?

    Hi Girlrunner7,

    Would it be possible for you to send me an export of the page the contact form is added too? To do this open up the page in the editor and click Layout button in the Page Builder toolbar. Then click import/export and then click download. Please upload the export to a 3rd party file hosting site such as teknik.io.
