Vantage Child Theme Question

I was using a child theme to begin building my blog site and created a child theme in which to make customizations. I decided to upgrade to the Premium Vantage in order to gain email support. My question is do I now need to create a child theme from the Premium upgrade or can I continue to use the original child theme?

    Thanks for your support.

    Your original child theme should be perfect. I’ve checked your style.css and it looks correct. There is an error though with an image not being found. Perhaps just check that out:

    This thread helped me. I upgraded AFTER creating a Child Theme and when I activated my Premium, lost some functionality. Finding that I could re-activate the Child and retain the premium features helped me out.
