Hi, I am using the Vantage premium theme and will add a background Image.
Background Menü Item doesn’t appear in Customize Section
Vantage:Appearance > Customize > “Background”

    Thanks for running Vantage.

    Please head to Appearance > Customize where you’ll find all the background image options.

    Ok, figured out. Appearance > Customize > Page.> Masthead Background Image Masthead Background Image!
