Vantage Background Image Not Displayed

Hi,

I have purchased the Vantage Premium theme recently.

I have followed the steps in Support about uploading background image for page, but it seems like it is not displaying.

Could you help me to take a look? Hope to hear from you soon.

Thank you.

    Hi, I Work Here

I had a look at your page and it doesn’t look like there’s a background image selected. The default WordPress background image isn’t available when you’re using the “Full Width” layout bound. If you’re using “Boxed”, you’ll be able select one.

To select a background image for the “Full Width” layout bound, navigate to Appearance > Customize in your WordPress admin, then go to the “Page” section and select the “Page Background Image”. I hope that does the trick :)

    Hi Greg,

    Thank you for your reply.

In fact, I did many times as per your suggestion before and after I posted this thread here. It simply won’t work. It only added the background image file into Media Library but not applied.

Is there anything wrong from my end?

Hope to hear from you soon.

    Thank you.

Hi, looks like you do have a background image added now:

    Hi,

Referring to the same url http://goo.gl/ksPhVK (using cPanel), the Vantage Headline is full width and with light gray background (all by default, no additional configuration). But, after we migrate to http://goo.gl/wn42s4 (using DirectAdmin), the Vantage Headline has no background and it is not full width when I tried to configure under Appearance – Home Page – Vantage Headline Edit – Attributes/Layout/Design.

Would you please advise further on how to make it?

    Appreciate your kind advise.

    Thank you.

    Hi :)

On the page in question, edit the row that the Headline widget is on by clicking the wrench icon far right > Edit Row > then click the Theme tab and set a border and background color as required.

Sorry, not sure why that would have changed.
