I keep having this issue and its getting frustrating i am trying to build my own site and spend a lot of time making it look and feel better, then it defaults all of the stuff i created in page builder to text with no format :( please help me understand what i am doing wrong?
It happens when i switch between text visual and page builder in the page editor i think, sorry im new so it might be a simple or stupid error.
Using page builder on my front page, when i save and go back in i cant see the created format and when i view the page all format has been removed

Sorry to hear you’ve run into a problem. It’s not possible to switch between Page Builder and the Visual/Text tabs and maintain formatting. On any given post or page you need to decide if you’d like this post/page to be in Page Builder or not. If you work in Page Builder then you need to keep working there. Page Builder can dump all of it’s content into the Text if you want to go back. But if you then try switch back over to Page Builder all it can do is put all of that same content into a Visual Editor widget. Formatting lost.
