I’d like to have several people creating content to the website. How can I manage & control the access of my team to decentralize the content production without loosing the possibility to approve all material before publishing?

    Thanks for reaching out.

    WordPress has this functionality built in. It sounds like you’re looking for Contributors:

    They’re able to create but not publish.

    Under Settings > General you can set whether anyone can register and what their default role should be. For a small team you could just create the user accounts yourself from the Users left menu in WordPress.
