After activating Vantage them i’m getting strange numbers to the url on all pages.

This is caused, or has been in the past, by a plug in supplied by a company called addthis.
Please try disabling all non siteorigin plugins bad test again. If it comes up clean then enable the plugins one at a time until you find the culprit.
