Guys.

URGENT URGENT HELP!!
I JUST TRIED TO UPDATE MY VANTAGE PREMIUM SITE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN THE EMAIL I RECIEVED.
THE ZIP FILE WILL NOT INSTALL.
IT SAYS
THE UPLOAD FILE EXCEEDS THE UPLOAD_MAX_FILESIZE DIRECTIVE IN PHP.INI

NOW MY SITE IS ALL OVER THE PLACE.
VERY UNHAPPY AND I NEED THIS FIXED ASAP

    Hi GTint

    Sorry to hear about the hassle.

    Please, contact your hosts and ask them to increase your max-upload size to 5mb. You can then proceed again with the manual update process.

    If you have some programming background and would like to make the increase yourself, here is how: http://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-increase-the-maximum-file-upload-size-in-wordpress/. Contacting your hosts and asking them to make the increase is usually the quickest route.

    Once they’ve increased the limit you can proceed with the manual update.

    No need for all caps :) I’m sure we can get this sorted out quickly.

    Awesome, phew, glad they were available.

    Ok so next, it’s back to AppearanceThemes, Add NewUpload Theme. Upload the ZIP file and activated. Vantage must be deleted at this stage as we can’t manually install a theme that is already installed.

    So sorry for the hassle. Our premium theme update system broke, this will install a version in which we’ve fixed the update system. Moving forward you’ll be able to receive updates.

    If things go wrong, please, create an account for us and I can login to help from there.

    It worked.
    Now for some reason the pictures and the metaslider isn’t working like it should?

    Images are showing as not found: http://www.getinted.com.au/wp-content/uploads/2015/06/commercial-window-tinting-link-700×400.jpg. Try going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save.

    Sure

    Would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

    Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

    Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

    If you go here Private Snippet you’ll see the images that are broken.

    Do you know when this started? Yes, if your hosts can help with those steps it would be awesome, it’s worth asking.

    I don’t know when this started?
    Only tonight when I did the upgrade did I notice this.
    They are on to it as we speak, I hope they fix it?

    Hi Andrew.
    My web host helped me out but when we went through the settings they were correct like what the video link you sent me said the settings should be.
    Unfortunately I had to put the pictures back into the media library manually and work it like that.
    Wasn’t hard but just freaked me out.
