I’ve been using Page Builder(free) for sometime now, for my personal business site and several client sites. I am interested in upgrading to the Premium(developer; unlimited sites) package, my question is when upgrading to Premium(developer; unlimited sites) how will I activate the Premium into my other sites accounts and also when upgrading will I lose my previous data and created content?

You’ll be provided with a license key that you can use on the other sites. To clarify, the installation process is basically, you upload the provided file to your website and then you activate SiteOrigin Premium by inputting your license key. You’ll need to do this for each separate installation. For Multisite’s, you simply need to activate SiteOrigin Premium.
You will not lose any previously built pages or anything like that.
