upgraded to premium, and now I seem to have two different dashboards??

I upgraded to premium, and when I login to WP, I have an admin dashboard, and a regular site dashboard, but my plugins don’t show WooCommerce anymore. My admin dashboard shows pagebuilder and metaslider. But no WooCommerce. My other dashboard shows only Hello Dolly and Akismet plugins (not activated) So when I try to install the plugin, it says that Woocommerce has a path, but it doesn’t show in either dashboard? Here is the message it gave when I tried to install: ” Destination folder already exists. /home/laurgwot/public_html/wp-content/plugins/woocommerce/” I can’t seem to figure out where I edit my site to start building now! Any suggestions? Should I just reinstall the theme, and the plugins, or do a full WP reinstall? I hadn’t built my site yet, I had just started with the WP install, the Vantage theme, metaslider, WooCommerce, and then I did the upgrade to Vantage premium.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Laurel

Thanks for running Vantage, sorry to hear about this challenge.

Have you perhaps installed a Multi Site version of WordPress? You can check this by checking to see whether you have a menu item top left called My Sites.

If you’d like to check whether Vantage is causing problems you can try switching over to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Fourteen and then re-checking the problem.

Let me know about the above and we’ll go from there.

    Hi Andrew…
Yes, I see the menu, My Sites. I didn’t originally install a multi site version, but after my original install, then added, the premium, and when I went back a few days later to work on the site, there was a WP update, and I clicked on that, and it updated. That is when I noticed the issue. I just activated a different theme and still couldn’t find woocommerce. So I reactivated Vantage. Now what should I do??

    Hi, I Work Here

The upgrade from Vantage Free to Premium would have swapped out the theme files, nothing more. I’m not sure how you landed up with a Multi-Site installation as it takes a bit of doing. You can leave it as is, it just means that your plugins must be network activated from My Sites > Plugins, same with your themes. That’s your overall admin panel, then hover over My Sites and click on the site you want to manage. If WooCommerce for example is network activated you should see it’s options there.

Alternatively, here is WP Beginner on moving from Multi-Site to Single Site:
