Upgrade to Vantage premium from standard

I have been running Vantage and have now bought Premium but I cannot upgrade my existing website.

    You can upgrade to Vantage Premium by downloading the latest version of Vantage. Please fill out this form with the email used during checkout and it’ll email you a download link as well as installation instructions. If you’re not too sure what email was used during purchase or no longer have access to it, please email premium at [email protected] and let me us know and we’ll look into it.
