Updating to new version gives Error

Hello Team,

I am using Site-origin Widget bundle.

My WordPress site is on IIS server.
WordPress is on latest version and php version is 7.4.

Problem is whenever I try to update the plugin it gives me the error
“The plugin so-widgets-bundle/so-widgets-bundle.php has been deactivated due to an error: Plugin file does not exist.”

So I have to manually go to the plugin folder on the server rename the existing plugin and have to reinstall the new version of the plugin.
I am doing this from last 3 version of update. This problem exists only on IIS server. I am using this plugin on nginx server where I can easily update the plugin from WP dashboard.

This issue came into existence from last 3 release only before that there was no issue on updating the plugin.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Prachi

    Thanks for getting in touch.

Unfortunately, I don’t think we’ve encountered an error of this nature before. Please, try checking the server error logs to see if a more detailed error is available.
