updating css, no changes

new to WP. i am currently running unwind..

i have a child theme created off the main. attempting to update the parent theme colors (mainly cause nothing else is working), BG, links, anything.. nothing changes.. unsure why..

i understand there is a learning curve, but i’d rather not give up my control to stranger to help me with this, shouldnt be this difficult..

    Before working with Custom CSS you could head over to CustomizeTheme Settings and ensure that you’ve checked for a theme setting first. More on the available settings in the Unwind documentation Page: Unwind Documentation. For further assistance, please, send a link to your site and let us know one element you’ve changed using Custom CSS that isn’t working. Thanks.
