Updated Plugin and lost my entire website

I just recenelty updated the plugin and it completely wiped out my homepage and all other pages I used templates for. This is ridiculous, I’ve spent hours upon hours building this and you provide an update that removes all widgets???

Please, anyone, help!!

    Hi Raymond,

    I’m very sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. Unfortunately, as this isn’t a widespread issue we’re not too sure why this happened. To confirm, is all of your page builder structure still present or is that missing? If it’s missing, could you please send me the contents of your console when viewing the editor for a page that previously worked? Please refer to this guide on how to access your browser console.

    If your page builder structure remains, is it that the widgets are stating that they’re missing? if not, can you please elaborate on how the editor looks?

    If it does remain, can you please confirm if SiteOrigin Page builder is still present in your plugins list – WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins?
