Updated North Theme 1.3.1 to 1.3.2 now having issues

It seems after updated the North Theme to 1.3.2 part of my menu is being overlapped by my Slider Pictures.
Also, if I scroll down the page my header disappears and reappears after every other page.

Anyway to rollback to 1.3.1? Is there a bug in the latest version?
