Update SiteOrigin plugins messes up the design of my webpages

Hello,

After updating the SiteOrigin plugins, I have problems with the layout of the webpages. Excisting pages that I edit and then save are messed up. The text appears in a long vertical line on the right of the screen. Also when setting up new pages and then saving them the same issue. Please let me now what to do.

Plugins : Pagebuilder en Widgets.

Website: http://norakasrioui.nl

Example page of the mess: http://norakasrioui.nl/testing/

Thank you in advance.

    Hi Karin,

Did you manage to resolve this issue? I ask as I just had a look at your website (specifically the linked pages) and everything appears as intended. Do you still need help with this issue?

    Hello Alex,

Yes indeed. This problem looks like suddenly solved. I don’t know why, but okay. Still, there is a problem I see. The text and photos on the page should shown full width, in 2 columns. 1 colomn for the photo’s and 1 column for text. But the text column is very small (Example: http://norakasrioui.nl/over-mij/) in comparison to the pages before the update of SitOrigin (Example: http://norakasrioui.nl/).

I don’t know why this is and what can I do about this? Is it something I did, or something is wrong with the plugin SiteOrigin?

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Karin,

Okay cool. The linked page is like that due to how your theme handles content on that specific page. I’m unsure of your themes particular settings, but there should be a setting to set the page as full width rather than one with a sidebar.

With that said, I can assist with forcing this for all pages via CSS but unfortunately, this is beyond the scope of the support we’re able to offer on our free forums.

We do offer this level of support to our premium users, so if you’d like to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then I can help you over email support.

If you’d prefer not to upgrade to SiteOrigin Premium, then you can hire a WordPress developer from Codeable. They’ll charge you an hourly rate for any work done.

Thank you Alex, It was a problem with a “”Child theme generator”” plugin.
