Update page button inaccessible

4 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 4 years ago

After random amount of time editing my SiteOrigin page, the right hand column freezes and I am unable to scroll up to the “Update” or “”Preview Changes” buttons. All plugins, WordPress, etc are up to date.

I’ve tried in both Chrome and Firefox with same result.
I’ve tried saving after every edit, same result.
I’ve tried to see if it is a certain type of widget on the page, looks like it doesn’t matter.

Just stops working after “a while”

TIA for any insights!

    Hi

Thanks for reporting this issue. We’re investigating and will try to resolve the problem in an upcoming update. If the issue happens again, please, try zooming your screen out and in again, it should resolve the problem. On PC it’ll be ctrl plus or ctrl minus and on Mac, it’ll be cmd plus (+) or cmd minus (-).

Will do, thanks. It may also be related to a caching issue – I’ve been clearing the cache after every update and haven’t had the issue again yet. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the feedback regarding caching, I’ll pass that onto our developers.
