I just updated to WordPress 4.5 and updated your plugin. I am now having a problem with my pages. If i go to edit them in Page Builder the edits do not update. I have tried to create a new page and make changes and that seems to work. But Pages that were created before the update I cannot edit.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Mark,

Please ensure you have the latest version of SiteOrigin Page Builder (2.5.6). If you do, lets try a plugin conflict test to rule out possible conflicts. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Alex,

    Thanks for the reply..

I did all the the things you suggested and none of them changed the issue.

Apparently, my Database was not updating any old entries after your update.. Was strong because i was able to create new pages, posts and edit them fine. Updated my database files on the server and that seemed to work. I don’t know if it was your update or not, but when my database was refreshed and reconnected all worked as usual.

So my problem seems to be solved.

    Hi Mark,

Huh, that’s odd. Let me know if you run into any issues like this one and I’ll take a greater look into things.
