I recently installed and customized the SiteOrigin Unwind Theme and I am very happy with it on my desktop. For some reason though, the mobile version is loading my old theme with a broken image link and no buttons – rough.
I’m using WP 4.7 and my URL is
I’m really not sure what is going on here and would be very grateful for some help! I’ve tried re-installing the 4.7 upgrade, deactivating all plugins, turning on the Jetpack mobile feature – did nothing. It’s like the updated theme can’t make a full connection to the mobile site?

Do you have a public URL where we can take a look at what’s going on? If you need to keep this URL private from other users, just select “Private Reply” on the bottom right of the comment box.

I checked my URL when not logged into WordPress and the theme on desktop is the old theme, similar to the mobile problem.
Thanks for the info. It looks like you have a caching plugin in use. Please, try clearing it and see if that helps. If there isn’t a caching plugin listed in your plugins list then it might be at a hosting level. For example, GoDaddy have a clear cache link in the top bar under their logo.
