I’m brand new to WordPress but have been following a step-by-step blog-building tutorial created by a professional. I’m using Unwind and had no trouble with the logo until today. I’ve created two separate logos and was trying to decide which fit my site better, but suddenly it got stuck on one of the logos. Even when I select “Remove Logo” then publish, the site remains stuck on the same logo. I cleared my cache, scanned my site for bugs, and anything else I could think of. It’s not the worst thing in the world, but it is a little bit unnerving. When I access the site from another computer, sure enough, the logo is there. :/ Not sure what to do at this point.

Is the logo perhaps added to an alternative location? The core WordPress setting is at CustomizeSite Identity. There is also a theme logo setting at CustomizeTheme SettingsBranding. Both are supported. Another possibility is after making a change, click the gear icon next to the Publish button and check that your changes are set to Publish and not draft or scheduled.

Thanks very much! I guess I had the two mixed up. When I changed the theme logo things worked out just fine. Looks like I’ve still got a lot of learning to do! I appreciate your help. :)
Super, glad to hear you’re making progress. The theme setting logo was added before WordPress had a core Site Identity logo setting which is why there is support for both.
