Unwind theme, increase side padding/space

Hello, on my site www.solciotyfitness.com/blog I was wondering how to add in more white space/padding to the left and right side of the page throughout (and within individual post pages). I’ve tried using smaller feature images, but the text is still to close to the edges for my liking.

    I’m glad you were able to resolve this issue. I’m sorry I wasn’t able to be of assistance this time. Please be sure to post another thread if you have any other questions.

    With that said, it sounds like you’ve edited the theme files. Please note that WordPress will remove any changes you’ve made to the theme upon updating the theme. To get around this, we recommend using a child theme.
