    Hi Feri,

    You can increase the padding from the top of the page by navigating to WP AdminAppearanceCustomize, Theme SettingsMenu and increase the Top header Padding.

    You can increase the Menu Item text size with some CSS. Please navigate to WP AdminAppearanceCustom CSS and add (and adjust) the following CSS:

    .main-navigation>div li a {
    font-size: 12px;
}

    Please note that 12px is the current font size so you’ll need to adjust it to see a difference.

    You might also need to install the SiteOrigin CSS Editor.
