Unwind post grid wrong date format & more

We are using Unwind theme on svatbety.cz. We created child theme to keep the Unwind theme intact. After latest update
the post on blog grid layout page have wrong date format (18-05-2019)
On single post page the date format is ok (as set in WP general settings 18.5.2019)
Any ideas?

I would also need to know how to change or translate ‘Read more’ link on blog grid layout page.

    The Read more link can be translated using a plugin like LocoTranslate. We’ll release an update for Unwind shortly, let us know if it resolves the grid date issue.

    WP date format is set to j. n. Y

    BTW is there the way how to remove the Read more completely from the grid layout page?

    The grid on the home page isn’t a SiteOrigin grid. Please, could you check with the Post Grid authors?
