Hi Nade
Thanks for reaching out.
This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.
If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.
Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.
If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.
Hello
I did everything and still nothing
Hi Nade, thanks for the feedback. Does the issue occur with all widgets or just a particular widget?
hello
with all widgets
Please, try checking the JavaScript console when the issue occurs and let us know what errors, if any, are showing there. Here is how: https://wordpress.org/support/article/using-your-browser-to-diagnose-javascript-errors/#step-3-diagnosis. If you’d like to upload a screenshot, you can do so via imgur.com and send us the link.

The mixed content errors could be most easily resolved by using https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/.
The 403 errors are possibly an issue with your server’s ModSecurity module. If you’re seeing a 403 error when editing SiteOrigin widgets, please reach out to your hosting company. Let them know you’ve been experiencing 403 errors when editing widgets in your WordPress site and you believe ModSecurity could be the cause. Your hosting company will then be able to review their ModSecurity logs and hopefully, adjust their rules to account for the false positives assuming that’s the issue.
Its fixed by the plugin. Thank you very much. And have a good day
Super, glad that helped :) All the best.
