Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘EditorManager’

WordPress 4.9.8, Theme TravelEye, all plugins off, just Page Builder 2.9.2 and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle 1.13.3 and when editing Site Origin elements got this error:

    Hi Marek,

    I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues. Unfortunately, I’m not too sure why this is happening. When this issue occurs, do you lose any functionality? If so, can you please elaborate on what stops working?

    Can you please disable CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS? This can be done by editing your wp-config.php file. if you need help with editing this file, please reach out to your hosting provider for assistance with this.
