    Hi Williams

    Thanks for reaching out.

    Please, ensure that you’re using at least WordPress 4.7. If you need to deactivate plugins without WordPress admin access, here is how that can be done https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/.

    if it worked fine with the version of wordpress 4.7 but now I have another error when displaying the image when I create a course I get the code and not the image

    Glad to hear you’re making progress. Please, let us know the details of the error displayed.

    when I enter to edit my page it shows me code and not the design of page builder and in turn shows code

    This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

    If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

    Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

    If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    The image of my course shows me the following code I would like to know why
    <div class="course-thumbnail course-featured-media course-featured-media-7504 "><img src="
    https://www.revistadeconsultoria.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/11/PLANILLA-SECTOR-PUBLICO.jpg&quot;
    class="course-media-img"></img></div>

    Why can't I see the image instead of the code?

    Did you have a chance to run the plugin conflict test recommended above? If Page Builder isn’t loading it can be due to a JavaScript conflict on the page. Please, check for a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins in one go. In this state, does the issue resolve? If not, temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, in this state, does the issue resolve? Let us know how that goes. Thanks.

    Hi, attachments aren’t supported on the forum. If you’d like to upload images you can use imgur.com and send us the link. Please, let us know the results of the plugin conflict test so we can assist further.

    Is this a new issue or the same issue you described a week ago? The issue you described a week ago is:

    when I enter to edit my page it shows me code and not the design of page builder and in turn shows code

    I then requested a plugin conflict test be run. Have you run the plugin conflict test?

    If the issue is “when I enter to edit my page it shows me code and not the design of page builder and in turn shows code” then please, run a plugin conflict test. Please, check for a working baseline by temporarily deactivating all non-SiteOrigin plugins in one go. In this state, does the issue resolve? If not, temporarily switch to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen, in this state, does the issue resolve? Let us know how that goes.

    Please, can you send a link to a screenshot that shows how the image is added via the WordPress admin.

  16. Andrew Misplon Staff 6 years, 3 months ago

    Please, contact the author of the theme or plugin that handles the course. If the image isn’t being added via a SiteOrigin plugin or theme, the relevant code isn’t under our control.

  17. Andrew Misplon Staff 6 years, 3 months ago

    I can’t find any evidence of SiteOrgin plugins being used on this page http://new.revistadeconsultoria.com/courses/building-a-chat-system-in-ajax-php/. You’re using a premium theme, the premium plugin used for your courses is included with the theme.
