Unable to upload my logo and Custom Home Page is not working ?
I am new to wordpress and SiteOrigin, just got my premium theme. I am having couple of problems.
1. I am unable to change/upload my logo in “Vantage Premium Theme Settings”. I tried clicking on “Logo Image” and “Retina Logo”, but nothing happens, I am not even getting any errors.
2. “Custome Home Page” is not working for me. I clicked on “Home Page” in Appearance but nothing happens, I am just getting a rotating icon, like it’s processing.
Please try to resolve it asap.
I was also wondering if there is any videos or step by step tutorials to create a website for small business.

6Hi CK
Thanks for your support.
Both issues sound like a plugin conflict issue. Please try temporarily de-activating all non-SiteOrigin plugins and then re-test. If the issues resolve please re-activate your plugins one by one while checking the problems, this will let you know which plugin is causing the conflict.
Our Vantage documentation is up here: https://siteorigin.com/vantage-documentation/ and our Page Builder plugin documentation is here: https://siteorigin.com/page-builder/documentation/. Unfortunately nothing specific on building a small business site.
Hi Andrew,
I deactivated both the Siteorigin plugins, “page builder” and “widgets builder”.
1. I am still unable to change/upload my logo in “Vantage Premium Theme Settings”. I tried clicking on “Logo Image” and “Retina Logo”, but nothing happens, I am not even getting any errors.
2. “Custome Home Page” worked but it asked me to install “Page Builder” and after that it didn’t work again. I clicked on “Home Page” in Appearance but nothing happens, I am just getting a rotating icon, like it’s processing.
So my problems is not solved at all and I have no idea what to do. I want to change logo and home page asap.
Sorry for not being clearer. Please de-activate all of your plugins except those made by us. If you want you can just de-activate all plugins, even ours. The reason I usually say de-activate all non-SiteOrigin plugins is I know that our plugins with our theme don’t cause this issue.
Here is Greg’s video walk through on resolving this kind of issue.

Thank you Andrew, it was helpful and solved my problem.
Win. Glad that helped. All the best.
