Unable to update Vantage Premium for a long time

I am using the Vantage version 2.8.4 and can’t seem to update it. I get an error every time I try. What should I do?

Also, sometimes when I try to publish something I get a “page not found” error, even though the action is indeed carried out. Strange bug.

    Hi Joakim

    I think the issue there might be with the version number of Vantage. So far the highest version number we’ve published is 2.1.11. Can you double check that you’re running Vantage by SiteOrigin? There are a couple other themes out there called Vantage.

    If you definitely are, you can try downloading an up to date ZIP file from the original order email we sent you and manually updating using this file.

    Tried updating through the .zip-uploading method. Got this:

    Hmm I can’t seem to find the original email from you. We had some troubles with our mailserver a while back when we set it all up. Is there any way you could check for me which email the email from you was sent to?

    Our website is http://www.beeunltd.com. I only found a paypal confirmation about paying for the theme but that is it. Strange.
