Unable to update photos in Gallery Widget

After updating to Vantage Premium I’ve been unable to update photos in the gallery on my photo page. I can insert new photos into the editor, but they don’t show up when I click Update in the Publish box. Is there any other way to change the photos in a gallery?

    Hi Kimberly

Looks like you’re now using Page Builder to manage your home page. Once page content has been moved into Page Builder it’s not possible to make changes via the Visual or Text tabs. Click over to the Page Builder tab on your home page and work from there.

    Hi Andrew,
If I use the Page Builder and click “Edit” on the Gallery Widget, I get a screen where I can edit a list of attachment id’s separated by commas. I can remove a photo there if I delete a number, but I can’t add new photos because I don’t know their id’s and previously I was able to add them in a different way. When I go to my media tab I can’t figure out where the attachment id’s are created or listed so I this makes it so I can’t put in the id’s of any new photos I upload. Do you know where I can get the attachment id of a given photo that I have uploaded?
    Thank you,
    Kim

    Hi, I Work Here

Unfortunately the Add Media button was lost during the Page Builder 2.0 re-build. The easiest solution now would be to move galleries over to the Visual Editor widget which is basically the regular WordPress editor, packaged as a widget.

To move a gallery over to the Visual Editor widget, go to the page with the gallery, switch from Page Builder to the regular edit and click on the Text tab. Locate the gallery shortcode (http://codex.wordpress.org/Gallery_Shortcode) and copy it. Now add a Visual Editor widget into the Page Builder tab, paste the gallery shortcode into the Text tab of that widget. You can now click back to the regular Visual tab in the Visual Editor widget and manage the gallery like normal.
