Unable to update Page Builder & widget bundle

Hi,
I’m haven’t been able to updatePage SiteOrigin Builder & widget bundle and keep getting ‘Update Failed: Connection lost or the server is busy. Please try again later.’
My website has been down for 5 days. Please help!

    Hi Declan,

    Unfortunately, this is a sign of an issue with your website connecting to WordPress.org. Are you able to update other plugins?

    You may need to manually upgrade the plugins by navigating to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and deactivate/delete Page Builder by SiteOrigin and SiteOrigin Widgets Bundle. Then please navigate to WP AdminPluginsAdd New and click Upload Plugin. Upload this file and then this file – activate when prompted.
