Unable to set-up the contact form email

I am repeatedly getting the below error message when testing the contact form:

“”Error sending email, please try again later.”

Please assist.

    Hi Vasudha,

    There are a couple of reasons why this happens.

    Your hosting plan doesn’t include mail support or requires you to set up SMTP
    Certain hosting providers don’t provide mail support or they require you to use their SMTP server. If you’re not too sure if this the case, I would reach out to your hosting provider to double check.

    The To and From Email Address are the same
    If the To and From Email Address are the same most mail providers will completely reject any emails due to it being a common spam tactic. The From Email Address should be an email at the same domain the contact form is hosted on. This email doesn’t exist so I recommend using [email protected].
