Unable to select Media since latest update

Following the latest update to Page Builder, image acquisition no longer functions

In a SiteOrigins Editor widget:
clicking the ‘Add Media’ button … has no effect
selecting the ‘Insert/Add Media’ menu drop-down … has no effect
clicking the pencil ‘edit’ button on a pre-existing image … has no effect

In a SiteOrigin Image widget:
clicking the ‘Choose Media’ button … has no effect
(however, clicking the ‘Image Search’ button continues to perform as expected)

In non-SiteOrigin blocks/paragraphs, image selection functions as normal

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Duniwassal

Thanks for reaching out. At the moment, we’re unable to replicate this issue. Please, start by seeking out a working baseline. Steps below. Thanks.

This sounds like it could be a plugin conflict issue. Can you try disabling all non-SiteOrigin plugins and see if this fixes the issue? You’ll need to clear all your caches after disabling your plugins.

If it does fix the issue, then try re-enabling your plugins one by one until the issue comes back. This procedure will help diagnose which plugin is causing the issue.

Once we know that, we’ll be able to look at what might be causing the conflict and either solve the problem or help you find an alternative plugin.

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, then you can also try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

    Greetings,
I'm using the 'Vantage' theme …
I've traced the problem to a conflict with a plugin called … FOLDERS (v 2.3.2) by PREMIO.
'Folders' allows/allowed me to create folders in the Media Library.

SiteOrigin Page Builder widgets used to add/edit media (images) from within these folders without problem … until the latest Page Builder update. Now they don't.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Thanks for the feedback.

I can use Folders and the Editor Add Media button without issue. Try testing with only SiteOrigin plugins activated and the Folders plugin, no other plugins activated. If you’re using the Classic Editor you can keep it activated during this test.

Problem has disappeared – no idea why
I disabled all plugins and then re-started them one-by-one, Page Builder first
After each of the other plugins was re-activated … I tested Page Builder’s ‘Editor’ widget for ‘Add Media’ functionality
Every time, with no issues. The last ‘other’ plugin that I re-activated was FOLDERS …. again, Page Builder worked perfectly well

Every plugin on the site is again active … and the conflict no longer manifests itself.
I’m unable to replicate it … or explain it.

    Regards
