Unable to see, edit website content

6 years ago · Last reply by Andrew Misplon 6 years ago

After installing the latest version of WordPress (and a couple weeks of running in circles), I’m unable to see or edit any of my website’s content. Pages appear as they should, but there’s nothing on the back end.

The website is currently running WordPress (5.2.2), Grow Pro Theme by ThinkUp Themese (1.3.1) and PageBuilder Plug-in (2.4.7).

The plugin description is:

Page Builder by SiteOrigin (ThinkUpThemes compatible)
A drag and drop, responsive page builder with parallax functionality that simplifies building your website originally built by SiteOrigin. This version is a highly customized version of the page builder built by SiteOrigin and will only function properly with themes developed by ThinkUpThemes. All customizations have been made in compliance with the right and limitations of the GNU GPL license. The original site builder by SiteOrigin can be found at SiteOrigin. Version 1.1.0 corresponds to v1.3.10 of the SiteOrigin Page Builder.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Ian

    Thanks for reaching out.

Page Builder by SiteOrigin (ThinkUpThemes compatible) is a fork of our Page Builder by SiteOrigin plugin. It would be best to reach out to the authors, ThinkUpThemes for assistance.

If any questions relating to our plugins or themes arise, please, let us know.
