Unable to modify contents in text block (page builder)

Hi there,

I have been running WP website very effectively by using Siteorigin page builder. However, after trying to change the theme for changing fonts, it is unable to save and update contents in text blocks. The other functions work fine, though.

I have already tried to deactivate all plugins to find the problem, but it did not work. It would be great if you suggest any way to fix this issue. Thank you.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Oaxaqueno,

If you aren’t using a SiteOrigin theme, please try temporarily switching to one of the default WordPress themes to see if the issue is theme related.

If the above doesn’t help, would it be possible for you to create a temporary admin account for us so we can log in and take a look? You can create the account with the following email address:

    [email protected]

Just navigate to UsersAdd New in your WordPress admin. Enter siteorigin for the username and [email protected] for the email address. Make sure you’ve selected Administrator for the role and enabled the Send Password field so we receive the details.

Once we’re finished taking a look, you can delete this account. We’ll let you know when to do that.

Oh, I’ve tried to use the other theme, but it did not work as well.

    Hi, I Work Here

    Hi Oaxaqueno,

It looks like SiteOrigin Page Builder is not compatible with CKEditor, which is the text editor you’re using, at this time. Due to it not being actively supported by the developer (they’re looking to pass it off) at this time it’s unlikely will add support for it until its status becomes more stable.

Hopefully, you understand our reasoning. :(

    Hi Alex,

I think I did not carefully checked each plug-in. I will follow your suggestion and now everything is working fine for me.

    Thank you for your support!
