Unable to find Page Builder tab

Hi,

I looked through the threads and found similar issues but the solutions did not work for me.

I am on WordPress version 3.6.1 (I can hear the audible gasps now), but it is a work site so updating isn’t as easy.

Just wondering if this is the cause of it.

    Hi S_emer,

    WordPress 3.6.1? That’s definitely the issue. You’ll need to use a much older version of SiteOrigin Page Builder for it to be compatible. How old, I don’t know but let’s try a few.

    2.3.1 February 10 2016
    2.2 September 7 2015
    2.1.2 24 April 2015

    To install any of these versions, please navigate to WP AdminPluginsInstalled Plugins and find and deactivate Page Builder by SiteOrigin, then delete it. Click Add NewUpload Plugin and upload/activate the downloaded version. If one version doesn’t work, go down the list. If none of them work… you might be out of luck. Sorry mate. :(
