I have just purchased the premium version or Origami and am not sure it has updated properly.
I can’t seem to edit the slider on the home page.

Origami has successfully updated. Head to Appearance > Home Page to edit your slider and other home page widgets and content.

I feel stupid but I don’t understand what to put in the fields in the gallery images section.
I just don’t know what to add here. Where to edit the images and add text?
No problem at all. The easiest solution there would be to delete the current gallery widget and insert a widget called Visual Editor into the page. You can then use the Add Media button within the Visual Editor widget and add as a gallery like you would on any other WordPress page.
In order to have access to the Visual Editor widget, first install the following helpful plugin:

Appearance > Home Page makes use of our Page Builder plugin. If you’re not sure what I mean when I say, delete or add a new widget, please check out the intro documentation here:
